This challenging tabata HIIT workout burns calories fast and helps you shred fat. It takes only 16 minutes, but you will definitely have to go deep to make it to the end. All the HIIT exercises require no equipment at all, and can be easily followed along at your own home.

Each exercise will be performed for 20 seconds on – 10 seconds off. Halfway the workout you will get a short water break.
