Abdominal Benefits of DANCING Exercise
When it comes to burning unwanted abdominal fat, aerobic exercise is key. While many previously thought resistance training was more effective for fat burning, a Duke University study published in the "American Journal of Physiology" found that Aerobic- Dancing exercise is the most effective means for burning the abdominal fat responsible for heart disease, diabetes and certain forms of cancer. Because these type of workouts provides heart-healthy aerobic-dancing exercise, burns high amounts of calories in a short amount of time and is low impact, it is a good option for those whose goals are to lose weight and get rid of belly fat.
There is EVIDENCE that protein is particularly  effective against belly fat. (Taking good quality protein).
ONE STUDY showed that the amount and QUALITY of protein consumed was inversely related to fat in the belly. That is, people who ate more and better protein had much less belly fat (19).
Another study in Denmark showed that protein was linked to significantly reduced risk of belly fat GAIN over a period of 5 years (20).
This study also showed that refined carbs and oils were linked to increased amounts of belly fat, but fruits and vegetables linked to reduced amounts.
Many of the studies showing protein to be effective in loosing weight body fat in 10 days together with 30 minutes workout and a healthy diet.
